mAIvn Builder Challenge Official Rules

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

The mAIvn Builder Challenge is sponsored by mAIvn, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Sponsor"). By registering for, participating in, or submitting to the Challenge, each participant agrees to these Official Rules.

Eligibility

The Challenge is open only to approved mAIvn beta testers who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate.

A "mAIvn Beta Tester" means an individual who:

  • Joins the official mAIvn waitlist;
  • Is selected or approved by mAIvn, LLC for beta access;
  • Receives access to the mAIvn beta system; and
  • Remains in good standing under applicable mAIvn beta terms, Discord rules, repository platform terms, and these Official Rules.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access, Challenge eligibility, or the ability to submit an entry. Beta access may be limited based on capacity, availability, technical requirements, abuse prevention, jurisdictional restrictions, or other reasonable administrative criteria.

Challenge Period

Submissions are due by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Evaluation begins September 1, 2026. Sponsor may update administrative dates if reasonably necessary and will post material updates publicly.

How To Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Join the official mAIvn waitlist.
  • Receive beta access from mAIvn, LLC.
  • Register for the mAIvn Builder Challenge.
  • Build a qualifying project using or relating to mAIvn.
  • Publish the submission in a publicly accessible repository, such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, GitBucket, or a comparable public repository host.
  • Post the public repository link in the designated mAIvn Discord server, server ID: 1520389130133966878.

The repository must remain public and accessible during the evaluation period. Private, inaccessible, incomplete, or improperly posted submissions may be disqualified.

Submission Requirements

Submissions must be original or properly licensed. Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not include confidential information, secrets, API keys, private keys, unlawful content, malware, infringing material, or third-party code used in violation of its license.

Each submission should include reasonable setup, usage, or demo instructions so mAIvn, LLC can evaluate it.

Judging

This is a skill-based challenge. Winners will not be selected by chance.

Eligible submissions may be evaluated based on:

  • Technical execution
  • Effective use of agents, tools, governed context, or orchestration
  • Practical usefulness
  • Observability, privacy, and production readiness
  • Code quality, documentation, and clarity of demo

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Rewards And Prizes

All eligible mAIvn beta testers who register for the Challenge will receive one mAIvn T-shirt, subject to verification, size availability, shipping limitations, and compliance with these Official Rules.

All eligible mAIvn beta testers who submit a qualified Challenge entry will receive a 20% discount on mAIvn for one year. The discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers unless Sponsor allows it, and applies only to eligible mAIvn services.

One winner will receive either:

  • $1,000 cash, or
  • One year of mAIvn Pro, approximate retail value $1,200.

Prize substitutions are not permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may require identity verification, eligibility confirmation, tax forms, and other reasonable documentation before awarding a prize.

License And Publicity

Participants retain ownership of their submissions. By submitting, each participant grants mAIvn, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, clone, run, test, evaluate, reproduce, display, discuss, and promote the submission in connection with the Challenge.

Sponsor may use participant names, handles, project names, screenshots, demos, repository links, and summaries for Challenge administration, winner announcements, promotional posts, and recap materials, unless prohibited by law.

Platform Disclaimer

The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, GitBucket, or any other repository or community platform. Participants must comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and policies.

Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Challenge will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
